Non-surgical

  • Reduction and sling after acute dislocation.
  • Physiotherapy for selected first-time cases.
  • Avoidance of risky positions during healing.

Surgical

  • Arthroscopic Bankart repair.
  • Latarjet procedure when bone loss or high-risk instability exists.
  • Return-to-sport rehabilitation.
